Weed, cannabis, marijuana, pot, herb, flower, and a handful of other terms all point to the same plant. New York’s legal and regulatory framework calls it cannabis. Our budtenders use whichever word you use. Drop the formality if you want; we’ll match.

Weed = cannabis. New York’s 2021 Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act (MRTA) legalized adult-use cannabis for adults 21+. The official regulatory term is "cannabis" but "weed" and "marijuana" point to the same plant.

Per NY OCM rules, adults 21+ may purchase up to 3 ounces of cannabis flower or 24 grams of concentrate per day. Edible packages cap at 100 mg total THC. Most customers buy far less. Out-of-state IDs are accepted.
